PASCO is a home health agency
Originated 1192 and program approved service agency
They work with Medicaid and all 10 waivers
They have a transitions team and what they qualify for depends on the services they receive
Pasco provides music and massage therapy

Agency updates
Disability connections is planning a summer concert for July 19th 3-6 pm location determined email will be sent to vendors.
Transitional self defense classes are finalizing this month and next month. Includes certificates and T-shirts. PSA- anyone who wats to join Toast masters international and their club can join. It promotes leadership and adaptiveness. They meet twice a month.
School deaf and blind has students aging out. No operational updates
Yearly SKSF Bowl a Rama is March 15th you can volunteer, donate, or attend. The information is on their website.

Special Olympics fundraiser the polar plunge is March 16th. Hosted at Rockledge Ranch they have a 5k race. Spring season registration is open. Track field swimming, powerlifting and soccer.
Abby with care options for kids provide organizational updates. Their name was officially changed from Solis to Care Options for kids. Their private duty nursing team is newly ready to serve child clients.
TRE has launched an application called “The Vault” where they can see updates with waivers. This is an online resource for families, and others involved with care. The new launch has mixed responses, but Ginger, the representative, said it will be live for everyone to use in the fall. She also states that a community engagement team has been created resulting in more outreach. She does not know how Medicaid waivers will be affected.
PEAK is collaborating with the arc that specializes in school services. Planning transition and next steps. Free registration and one a month. On peak website and ARC website
KAUMM opened a new home. Hiring for their day program. They are also hiring anyone who has availability for working on weekends. KAUMM is currently working with the ARC and needs an alternative space to possibly rent out. They also have a project working towards helping children find resources facing deportations.
PASCO hosting a CISNA networking event at 3:30 – 5:00PM at salsa brava on Powers and Dublin Tuesday the 25th
Rain Gray from El Paso County public health child and maternal health representative speaks on caregiver health and wellbeing Is successful on a documentary screening for the department of human services. Documentary is called unseen. This shows the systemic challenges children face and a call to action. If anyone has an agency that might be interested in posting a screening or similar, please reach out to HER

Nicole speaks and states that she hasn’t heard back on grant, and they set up fundraisers for PPITT. Money must go through the ARC. The goal is $1000.
