The Pikes Peak Interagency Transition Team (PPITT) is made up of Transition Coordinators (services for 18-21 year olds with disabilities) from the region in addition to agencies that support this population. We are a volunteer group and work together to provide an annual resource fair, directory of services, 4 city-wide transition dances in addition to sharing vital information with each other regarding services in the Pikes Peak region.
