- How can people modify the home to live independently and safely
- Construction company to modify the home for individuals with disabilities
- Concrete ramp and nice looking wooden ramps
- Installation of railings
- Widening the doors and reinstalling new accessible doors
- Stair lift that can be custom made for the person and the stair case
- Elevators can be installed
- Accessing the bathroom to widen the doorway and install a different door (like a barn door)
- Does a case by case and can come out to do an evaluation

Colorado Behavior and Learning Group

- Works with High Behavior individuals
- Sets up with contracts with school districts
- Independently owned and operated
- Higher behavioral individuals
- Specialists well trained in a wide variety of areas and disabilities and ages
- Serves El Paso, Teller Counties
- Recently opened a center
- Transportation offered
- 2 year accredited provider in the city
- Student intern program to become a behavioral analyst
- Collaborates with other agencies
- Welcomes other providers into the center
- Currently at 100 clients
- Need a diagnostic assessment and IEP as well as medical assessment
- After school hours – 60 day waitlist
- Immediately availability in the center
- Intensive model – focused on complex individuals – physically aggressive -Cedar Springs – step down from residential -transitioning back into the community
- Open house mid-November
- Medicaid up until 21 and sometimes up until 26

Carly – group started called the southern colorado collaborative – monthly October 23 – center at centennial -education on OT/PT – anyone can join -connect healthcare and disability – 4-5:30 pm -usually 3-4:30 pm
