19 agencies as of last Friday- RSVP by the end of March to have agency representation. 
Transition Coordinators will sit at the front and greet families.  
Hillside is reserved, and there is pizza provided by Louie’s   
The flyer should be shared out this week via all different avenues

Signing up vendors for summer concert series for Disability Connections  

Independence Center:

Support anyone who discloses they have a disability- no paperwork required.  
No one size fits all- treat everyone individuality  

The goal is to reduce and ultimately eliminate the marginalization of people with disabilities and other
historically excluded people by providing them with the necessary tools. 
Disability is a wide spectrum Program Available: 

Veteran Directed Care does not have to be sustained during the time of service; must be a veteran to qualify  

 Family/Friend caregiver program-$17 for family and friends who are caregivers, work for the Independence Center 

 More Programming: assistive technology, peer support/recreation, independence skills, advocacy, and more  

PASCO Home Health: 
Home Health care agency in CO 
All 9 Medicaid Waivers  
Advocate 
Birth-end of life (no hospice care)  
Supports for after end of life 
Parent CNA programs  
Host a networking group- trying to establish a community of like-minded people:  Salsa Brava
