Fitness to Drive has received funding from the Colorado Department of Transportation to develop a driving readiness program for neurodivergent youth.  This survey is intended for parents of neurodivergent youth ages 15+.  Your feedback will help our occupational therapists create beneficial resources suited to your needs.
